Athena recently completed our second Value Engineering study in support of Flood Risk Management projects in Johnson County, KY.
This project consisted of 230 acres of agricultural and residential land that was to be converted to a residential subdivision and also included an off-site utility easement.
Metro Water Services (MWS) is facing the integral challenges of reducing overflows from the combined sewer systems to meet State and Federal regulatory requirements, while expanding services to accommodate a rapidly increasing Greater Nashville area population.
